TR Weiland Co. provides coaching and consulting to corporations, teams, and individuals, with a special emphasis on creating positive change at all levels of the organization.

For more than 25 years, Terri Weiland has helped manage change in industries as varied as manufacturing, health care, and airlines. She understands how to successfully navigate difficult political situations, which makes her an exceptionally effective catalyst for positive change from the executive suite to the shop floor.

In 2005, she founded the TR Weiland Co., an independent coaching and consulting firm, to share her expertise with individuals, teams and corporations throughout the United States who face business, career, and individual challenges.

Terri and all TR Weiland consultants have advanced certifications in coaching, psychology, occupational safety and health, and human factors. This expertise enables us to quickly assess the complex challenges facing you or your organization and to develop specific, quantifiable solutions that will have a positive effect on your bottom line.

Our Philosophy

Process

For both coaching and consulting, the first step is an in-depth assessment. Our recommendations to you will be specific to your situation, quantifiable, and will include follow-up modules with timelines for continued monitoring.

Our consulting services are provided on-site. Our coaching can be conducted in your office or off-site, with the option of coaching by phone after the initial discovery period.

She is certified by the Harvard University-developed Immunity to Change® process as a trainer and coach for executive leaders faced with difficult organizational change, an outgrowth of her work establishing safety-conscious work cultures and change.
